GetGround and Leaders Romans Group (LRG) have launched a lettings and management service for UK landlords.

GetGround Lettings & Management is available nationwide for all types of buy-to-let (BTL) properties and is priced at 9% of monthly rent.

Services include finding tenants, signing leases, maintaining buildings and optimising rent for profitability, among others.

The pair first partnered in Autumn 2022 when LRG joined GetGround partnership network.

GetGround co-founder and chief executive officer Moubin Faizullah Khan says: “With this launch, GetGround is a considerable step closer to becoming the Superapp of property investing. We remain the only company that provides landlords and investors with one central digital destination to find high quality products and services and equip themselves with everything they need through the whole investment lifecycle.”
