Coventry for Intermediaries is increasing rates on a number of fixed rate products and withdrawing others for the market.

For residential borrowers, at 65 per cent LTV the two-year fix with £999 fee will see its rate increase from 1.37 per cent to 1.69 per cent and, with zero fee, from 1.79 per cent to 2.09 per cent.

The five-year fixes with £999 fee and zero fee will rise from 1.65 per cent to 1.89 per cent and 1.85 per cent to 2.19 per cent, respectively.

At 75 per cent LTV the two-year fix with £999 fee will rise from 1.65 per cent to 1.89 per cent and with zero fee, from 2.10 per cent to 2.35 per cent.

The 80 per cent LTV two-year fixes at 1.99 per cent and 2.49 per cent alongside the five-year fixes at 2.35 per cent and 2.55 per cent will be withdrawn.

The offset mortgages category, meanwhile, will see the 65 per cent LTV two-year fixes at 1.57 per cent and 1.99 per cent and five-year fixes at 1.85 per cent and 2.05 per cent removed from the market.

The 75 per cent LTV two-year fix at 1.85 per cent and five-year fix at 2.15 per cent, as well as the 80 per cent LTV two-year fix at 2.19 per cent and five-year fix at 2.55 per cent will also be withdrawn.
