Saffron Building Society has launched a summer sale on its self build mortgage products.
The products in the offer are all available with half price arrangement fees for a limited time only and are detailed as follows:
- Self Build 75% LTV 3.99% (SVR-1.4%) 24 Months 0.5% fee
- Self Build 80% LTV 4.19% (SVR 1.2%) 24 Months 0.5% fee
In a note to brokers, the Saffron says the products are “perfect for clients looking to build their dream home, with the option to draw down funds for the project in flexible stage payments.”
In June, the mutual launched a range of 95 per cent LTV products, which were later withdrawn due to ‘unprecedented’ demand.
