Key has promoted Caroline Righton to director of commercial finance for the group.

Righton was formerly head of commercial finance for More2life after a decade working for the group.

She first joined Key as a management accountant, before becoming a finance business partner.

Then, as head of commercial finance at More2life, she oversaw a period of growth and brought on new funding partners.

Key Group chief finance officer Rob Scott says: “Caroline has been an integral part of Key Group’s finance department for many years.

“She managed all the commercial challenges which Covid-19 has brought to the business – whilst working from home since March.

“This promotion is truly well deserved and it is a pleasure to welcome Caroline into the senior leadership team.

“Not only is Caroline taking on this newly-created role but she will also be providing maternity support cover for Key’s commercial finance team – which will include supporting Key Equity Release, The Equity Release Exerts and Key Estate Planning commercial teams.  

“I am fully confident that Caroline will take all of this in her stride and continue to manage the finances of these businesses affectively moving forward.”
