NatWest is cutting rates by up to 20 basis points on some deals, while increasing others by up to 26bps in a sweeping reprice tomorrow.

Within its core residential range the following two-year fixed rate purchase deals are reducing:

  • 60 per cent LTV, decreasing by 9bps from 1.34 per cent to 1.25 per cent, product fee £995
  • 70 per cent LTV, decreasing by 2bps from 1.59 per cent to 1.57 per cent, product fee £995
  • 75 per cent LTV, decreasing by 2bps from 1.59 per cent to 1.57 per cent, product fee £995
  • 80 per cent LTV, decreasing by 15bps from 2.24 per cent to 2.09 per cent, product fee £995
  • 85 per cent LTV, decreasing by 19bps from 3.09 per cent to 2.90 per cent, product fee £995

 The following two-year fixed remortgage rates are reducing

  • 60 per cent LTV, decreasing by 4bps from 1.29 per cent to 1.25 per cent, product fee £995
  • 70 per cent LTV, decreasing by 5bps from 1.54 per cent to 1.49 per cent, product fee £995
  • 75 per cent LTV, decreasing by 5bps from 1.54 per cent to 1.49 per cent, product fee £995
  • 80 per cent LTV, decreasing by 5bps from 2.09 per cent to 2.04 per cent, product fee £995

 The following high value two-year fixed remortgage rates are reducing:

  • 60 per cent LTV, decreasing by 7bps from 1.26 per cent to 1.19 per cent, product fee £995
  • 70 per cent LTV, decreasing by 7bps from 1.51 per cent to 1.44 per cent, product fee £995
  • 75 per cent LTV, decreasing by 7bps from 1.51 per cent to 1.44 per cent, product fee £995

The following five-year fixed rate purchase deals are reducing:

  • 60 per cent LTV, decreasing by 5bps from 1.44 per cent to 1.39 per cent, product fee £995
  • 85 per cent LTV, decreasing by 20bps from 3.29 per cent to 3.09 per cent, product fee £995

The following high value five-year fixed rate remortgage deals are reducing:

  • 60 per cent LTV, decreasing by 7bps from 1.41 per cent to 1.34 per cent, product fee £995

The following five-year fixed rate remortgage deals are reducing:
