Nottingham Building Society has hired two new business development managers to add to its sales team.
The mutual says Avril Dugdale will cover the North-East, while Rachel Bridle will focus on the South of England. Both hires report to national sales manager Matt Kingston.
Dugdale joins the business from Pepper Money, where she was also a business development manager. She held the same posts at Zephyr Homeloans and Virgin Money, covering nine years across the three firms.
Bridle comes to the firm from Mortgage 4 You, where she worked as a mortgage advisor over the past six years. She has also previously held roles at both Nationwide Building Society and TSB Bank.
Bridle says: “Having been a mortgage broker for the past six years, I understand the importance of being able to have someone I can turn to and talk through a case.
“The role as field business development manager will put a face to The Nottingham across the South.”
Dugdale says she intends to build relationships where “brokers have the confidence to know I will help to support them to get the right outcomes for their clients.”
Kingston pointed out that both managers “join with a wealth of experience within the mortgage sector”.
