Black & White Bridging has made several promotions to strengthen its regional hubs and support its expansion.
The promotions include David McCarthy, who has been promoted from relationship manager to relationship director.
In his new role, McCarthy will continue to drive business growth and widen his connections with brokers.
Saloni Apte has been promoted to office and people manager. Based in Bristol, Apte will manage the day-to-day operations, overseeing all three offices and supporting the teams within them.
In addition, Heather Hancock has been promoted from senior lending manager to head of credit and operations.
Hancock is primarily based in the Manchester office but will continue to support operations across all offices.
