Palm Beach County Schools To Hold Virtual Graduations

The State of Florida has recently announced this week that schools will be closed for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year and students will continue with virtual learning. In Palm Beach County, the last official day for students is Friday, May 29th

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 and Florida being in a Stay at Home order until further notice, Florida schools have turned to virtually Graduation Ceremonies for the 2019-2020 Class Seniors.  This week, the Palm Beach County School District released the dates for the virtual graduation ceremonies for seniors in county schools. 

The graduation ceremonies will take place virtually and will be available to watch online or on TV.  The Superintendent of Schools said that “this was the best way to recognize this year’s class given that the state is still under a state at home order”. 

Northern Palm Beach County High School Graduation Schedule:

Palm Beach Gardens Community High School: Saturday, May 30th at 3 pm.

Jupiter Community High School: Monday, June 1st at 8 pm.

William T. Dwyer High School: Thursday, June 4th at 8 pm.
