Chorley Building Society has introduced procuration fees for all residential and buy-to-let (BTL) product transfers.

The introduction of procuration fees comes after feedback from brokers.

Chorley Building Society head of operations Liz Pearson says: “Our Intermediary network is at the heart of our business. We recognise and value the level of service they provide to our Members throughout the lifetime of their mortgage, ensuring they continue to get the best outcomes.”

“We are so pleased to be introducing a procuration fee for our intermediary network in recognition of the service they provide.”

Late last year, Chorley BS partnered with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to transform its core banking system and front-end digital platforms.

TCS will provide TCS BaNCS for core banking, digital home lending solution for mortgage origination and a mobile app.
