Barclays has increased rates on five of its residential fixed rate products.

At 85 per cent LTV, the two-year fix with £999 fee has been upped from 2.83 per cent to 2.99 per cent and the two-year fix with zero fee from 3.13 per cent to 3.24 per cent.

Also, at 85 per cent LTV, the five-year fix with £999 fee has been increased from 2.95 per cent to 3.11 per cent and the five-year fix with zero fee has risen from 3.19 per cent to 3.36 per cent.

Meanwhile, at 75 per cent LTV, the five-year fix with £999 fee has seen its rate increase from 1.70 per cent to 1.88 per cent.

In a note to brokers, Barclays says that these changes will occur from 2 December.
