YBS Commercial Mortgages has appointed Emily Lynch as a relationship manager for its Midlands team.

In her new role, Lynch will work closely with other Midlands team members, including relationship directors Khalid Mahmood, James Steadman, Chris Gagg and Loren Coles.

Most recently, she has worked in property management, looking after more than 400 properties in Birmingham.

Based in the YBS Commercial Mortgages office on New Street in Birmingham, Lynch will be supporting the relationship directors in guiding clients through the mortgage application process. 

YBS Commercial Mortgages regional director for the Midlands team John Little says: “Emily’s experience will allow her to bring a new, fresh perspective to our business. I’m really looking forward to her contribution to the Midlands team.”

Lynch adds: “I’m really looking forward to getting started and expanding my knowledge of the mortgage market further. I’m hoping that the team will benefit from my attention to detail and determined attitude and that I can adapt quickly to this fast-paced working environment.”
