Alternative Bridging Corporation appoints McDonough as BDM Mortgage Strategy

Alternative Bridging Corporation is appointing James McDonough as its new business development manager (BDM).

McDonough has financial services experience dating back to 2015 and has previously worked as a broker as well as for providers.

Most recently, he worked as BDM for Hope Capital.

He will support brokers in the region to find solutions for their clients who require bridging, development or commercial finance secured on property as a first or second charge.

McDonough will report into the company’s head of sales, Northern Division, Paul Gavin.

Gavin says: “I’m delighted to welcome James to the team as we continue to increase the support we offer to brokers who are looking for innovative specialist property finance.
