Knowledge Bank has announced that TAB is the latest lender to join its criteria sourcing system.

The addition of TAB will allow Knowledge Bank users to source the lender’s criteria to check client suitability when trying to place cases.

The lender offers product options for first and second charge loans on residential and commercial properties.

Last year, Knowledge Bank added 16 new lenders to its sourcing system, bringing the total to more than 280 lenders across seven lending sectors.

TAB founder and chief executive officer Duncan Kreeger says: “Being part of the Knowledge Bank system is a brilliant opportunity for TAB to extend our reach to the brokers that may not have had contact with us before or even heard of us.”

Knowledge Bank sales director Shane Chawatama adds: “TAB is a terrific addition to the Knowledge bank system especially in the midst of a tumultuous lending landscape with interest rate rises and product and criteria changes coming thick and fast.”
