The Cambridge Building Society has been added to the Primis Mortgage Network’s lender panel.

The network says its appointed representative firms will have direct access to The Cambridge’s residential and buy-to-let mortgages for properties in England and Wales.

Primis Mortgage Network comprises around 930 firms and more than 2,500 advisers.

The Cambridge says it has worked with Personal Touch Financial Services for many years, and this new partnership adds First Complete and Advance Mortgage Funding, all of which are Primis brands.

The Cambridge intermediary manager Kathy Bowes says: “The addition will provide even more choice to advisors, especially for those trickier cases that benefit from individual underwriting.”

Primis distribution director Vikki Jefferies adds: “We are delighted to announce the addition of Cambridge Building Society to our lender panel, in a move that will provide a range of competitively priced, high loan-to-value products to support people looking to get on the housing ladder and benefit from the current conditions.

“The partnership will allow us to continue providing our advisers with the widest possible range of products to suit each client’s needs.”

Earlier this week, Primis added Saffron Building Society to its lender panel, giving its members access to all of the lender’s residential and BTL offerings.
