Kseye has grown its underwriting team by hiring Matthew Rogers at the bridging lender.

The firm says Rogers has worked for more than more than seven years in underwriting and credit management, with experience of managing complex lending cases across such areas as development and heavy refurbishment.

He joins from Pivot Finance where over two stints he worked as a credit manager and an underwriter.

Inbetween, he worked as a credit analyst for PropFin.

Kseye underwriting team leader Brooke Andrew says: “His [Rogers] expertise in development and heavy refurbishment projects brings invaluable strength to our underwriting division.

“Matthew’s sharp insights and dedication to delivering fast, precise lending decisions will be key as we continue to elevate our service to brokers and expand our lending portfolio.”

Rogers adds: “Kseye’s reputation for delivering fast, flexible lending solutions aligns perfectly with my underwriting philosophy.

“I’m eager to collaborate with the team and provide brokers with forward-thinking finance options, particularly in the development and refurbishment sectors, where I believe my expertise can make a real impact.”
