OSB group intermediary director Adrian Moloney has been appointed to the board of InterBay, the specialist commercial and semi-commercial lender that lies under the parent company.

Financial services firm OSB Group owns a number of lenders including Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, Interbay and Charter Savings Bank.

Moloney joined OSB Group in 2015, was promoted to the role of group sales director in 2020 and became group intermediary director at the beginning of 2022, which unified the parent firm’s intermediary sales leadership bringing together Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay.

OSB group managing director, mortgages and savings Jon Hall says: “InterBay is a very strong business for OSB Group with an impressive reputation.

“Adrian’s drive and experience will help him lead InterBay’s future development and cement its position as a trusted specialist lender in the commercial and semi-commercial sector.”

Moloney adds: “Growing my relationships with InterBay intermediaries will be central to my role with the board.

“I’ll be spending time listening to the particular needs of borrowers and intermediary partners in the commercial and semi-commercial market sub-sectors to establish how best to support these areas.”

Last week, OSB Group made a series of changes to its senior management structure aimed at offering more bespoke broker support across Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and Interbay.

Simon Cockerill, previously head of intermediary sales development, was promoted to group head of intermediary sales, and will manage both the office-based and field business development managers.

Emily Hollands took on a wider remit in her role as group head of distribution, managing key corporate accounts of networks, clubs, specialist distributors and packagers. She will also head up the high net worth and retention teams.

While Marc Callaghan continues as head of specialist finance but with a greater focus on the bridging and commercial markets. All three report directly to Moloney.
