Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens

The Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens comprises of the former residence of sculptor Ann Weaver Norton (1905 -1982), the widow of Ralph Hubbard Norton. The house is listed in the National Register of Historic Places, and the two-acre property, featuring a collection of 250 species of tropical palms, lies near downtown West Palm Beach on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Displayed throughout the house, studio and gardens are more than 100 works by the artist, including nine monumental sculptures, eight in brick and one in granite.

Morikami Japanese Gardens

Morikami Japanese Gardens encompasses six distinct gardens which are inspired by the famous gardens of Japan. All of the gardens were created by master designer Hoichi Kurisu, who conceived and constructed them the spirit of the masters. Morikami Japanese Gardens are a great way to learn about and experience Japanese culture in South Florida.

Busch Wildlife Sanctuary

A great escape for animal lovers looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, Busch Wildlife Sanctuary offers visitors the chance to learn about Florida’s wildlife and natural environments. Different from many of the typical zoos you’ve seen before, here you’ll find a refuge that combines a wildlife rehabilitation hospital with a community nature center. Walk along the nature trails to find a variety of pine flatwoods, oak hammocks, and cypress wetlands to spot anything from eagles to panthers, crocodiles, foxes, snakes, and bears.
