RAW Capital Partners has joined L&G’s Mortgage Club lender panel, giving club members access to its full range of bridging loans and mortgages.

The Guernsey-based specialist lender has 10 years of experience in providing mortgages to foreign nationals, UK expats and Channel Islanders investing in UK buy-to-let property. In December 2025, it expanded its offering so it could lend to UK residents.

RAW Capital Partners provides lending to private individuals, trusts, and companies. Its product range covers completed or near-completed residential properties, offering interest-only loans for up to 10 years. Loan sizes range from £100,000 to £4m, with up to £10m of total lending to a single counterparty and up to 70% loan-to-value (LTV).
