Complete FS and Roma Finance has teamed up to release a new buy-to-let product onto the market.

It is available at up to 70 per cent LTV and starts at 4.99 per cent. It comes with £250 cashback. It is also available with no minimum experience, income or ownership period requirements.

As well as first-time landlords, it is available for expats and non-UK nationals, and can be used for holiday lets, serviced accommodation, student lets and HMOs.
