OneDome Growth Partners has hired Jason Bryant from Mortgage Intelligence in its expansion drive.

Bryant has worked at Mortgage Intelligence for more than two decades and for almost four years as its head of sales.

The network was acquired by OneDome in November.

In his new role, Bryant will be head of growth and will, “continue his hands-on approach, travelling extensively across the country to visit adviser firms in person”, according to the firm.

Bryant says: “No two adviser firms are the same, which is why a personal visit is so important.

“You can’t understand a firm’s culture, its challenges, and its true ambitions from behind a screen.

“My role, supported by our team of growth experts, is to be on the ground, listening to business owners and matching the right OneDome propositions to their specific needs.
