
NatWest is repricing a wide range of products tomorrow with cuts of up to 21 basis points.
Within its core residential range the following two-year fixes for purchase are reducing:
- 70% LTV, decreasing by 10 basis points from 1.17% to 1.07%, product fee £995
- 75% LTV, decreasing by 10bps from 1.17% to 1.07%, product fee £995
- 85% LTV, decreasing by 21bps from 2.22% to 2.01%, product fee £995
The following two-year fixed rates for remortgage are being cut:
- 70% LTV, decreasing by 14bps from 1.21% to 1.07%, product fee £995, cashback £250
- 75% LTV, decreasing by 14bps from 1.21% to 1.07%, product fee £995, cashback £250
NatWest is reducing these five-year fixes for purchase
- 60% LTV, decreasing by 5bps from 1.14% to 1.09%, product fee £995
- 70% LTV, decreasing by 12bps from 1.40% to 1.28%, product fee £995
- 75% LTV, decreasing by 12bps from 1.40% to 1.28%, product fee £995
These five-year fix remortgage deals are also reducing:
- 60% LTV, decreasing by 5bps from 1.18% to 1.13%, product fee £995, cashback £250
- 75% LTV, decreasing by 11bps from 1.41% to 1.30%, product fee £995
- 80% LTV, decreasing by 3bps from 2.08% to 2.05%, product fee £995
These two-year fixed rates are reducing and there are changes to the cashback on offer:
- Purchase 60% LTV, decreasing by 8bps from 1.02% to 0.94%, product fee £995, cashback increasing from £0 to £250
- Purchase 90% LTV, decreasing by 21bps from 2.79% to 2.58%, product fee £995, cashback decreasing from £250 to £0
- Remortgage 60% LTV, decreasing by 11bps from 1.05% to 0.94%, product fee £995, cashback decreasing from £250 to £200
- Remortgage 85% LTV, decreasing by 13bps from 2.28% to 2.15%, product fee £995, cashback decreasing from £250 to £0

The following first-time buyer deals are reducing:

- Two-year fixed rate purchase up to 85% LTV, decreasing by 12bps from 2.21% to 2.09%, product fee £995, cashback £500
- Two-year fixed rate purchase up to 90% LTV, decreasing by 20bps from 2.79% to 2.59%, product fee £995, cashback £500
- Five-year fixed rate purchase up to 80% LTV, decreasing by 6bps from 2.10% to 2.04%, product fee £995, cashback £500
- Five-year fixed rate purchase up to 85% LTV, decreasing by 6bps from 2.52% to 2.46%, product fee £995, cashback £500
- Five-year fixed rate purchase up to 90% LTV, decreasing by 8bps from 3.22% to 3.14%, product fee £995, cashback £500
NatWest is reducing the following Mortgage Guarantee scheme deals
- Two-year fixed rate for purchase up to 95% LTV, decreasing by 17bps from 3.65% to 3.48%, product fee £0
- Five-year fixed rate for purchase up to 95% LTV, decreasing by 11bps from 3.86% to 3.75%, product fee £0
The lender is also making reductions to its green mortgage range and its rate switcher deals for product transfers.
