Another option includes a private FaceTime or video call while an agent walks you through the listing.

In light of recent developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19, it has become clear that the world is facing an unprecedented event. We understand our clients will continue to have housing needs, but the health and well-being of our agents, clients, friends, tenants, families, and community will remain our top priority.

Our commitment to you: We are implementing the following precautions to address the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus:

• Adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines, at a minimum. We are balancing the needs of our clients who have housing needs, while limiting open houses, avoiding large gatherings and encouraging creative, efficient ways of exposing or showing homes during this crisis.

• Actively assessing risks in real-time to ensure the safety of our community. As we obtain more information, we will adjust our plan, as necessary.

• Posting signage and reminders to educate on best practices on how to prevent the spread of infection.

• Recommending that employees and agents stay home when they are feeling sick and requiring the same if returning from overseas within the last 2 weeks.

• Conducting fewer face to face meetings and leveraging technology to reduce the opportunities to spread the virus further.

For our clients:We are fully prepared to move our business online, from virtual meetings, video tours, FaceTime/video call showings, electronic payments, digital signatures, and online transaction management system. We understand that there are many concerns around COVID-19 and we want to assure you that we are working hard to protect our clients, agents, staff, guests and vacation homeowners to prevent the spread of disease while doing our best to continue helping you buy, sell or rent homes.

For those attending showings: We are encouraging our agents to show homes by appointment only. We ask that you please refrain from touching any surfaces, including knobs, faucets, cabinets, etc. while viewing the home. Prior to entering, we will ask you to clean your hands and remain aware of social distancing at all times while touring the home.
