Paragon has introduced an online system for landlord customers known as The Landlord Portal.

The portal allows landlords to access all of their accounts in one place and lets them update details online. The secure portal is accessible via the buy-to-let personal page on the Paragon Bank site.

This is the first phase of the project, with further work planned to increase the capabilities and enhance the user experience.

The Landlord Portal follows the launch of the specialist lender’s Intermediary Portal last year.

Paragon managing director for mortgages Richard Rowntree says: “This is a great example of the needs of the customer driving improvements.  Staff who regularly speak to our customers have played an integral role in the development and testing of this portal.

“With this being the first phase, we’re already exploring ways to improve our online offering. Key to this is listening to our landlords and creating platforms that make managing their businesses a little easier.’’
