Principality Building Society is making price changes to its acquisition mortgage range.
Residential mortgage changes include:
Selected two and five-year 75% LTV products rates increased up to 0.30%
Selected two, three, and five-year 80% LTV products increased up to 0.11%
Principality’s two-year 85% LTV fee-free product up by 0.16%
The lender’s two and five-year 75% LTV cashback products by up to 0.15%
Also, its two -year 80% LTV cashback product by 0.14%
All previous product codes will be removed from sale on Tuesday 20th February at 8pm.
