The Sarasota luxury home market is on fire. This might be a bit surprising considering today's unpredictable world. Many predicted that the real estate market would slow down drastically. That has not been the case so far. We will most likely find out next year if the economic slow down will put downward pressure on home prices. For now, the market is active. Perhaps, people are preparing for further quarantining at home and want something bigger, newer or better.
