Pepper Money has promoted Alex Hall to regional development manager for the South West. 

The specialist lender says Hall will “support brokers in finding a home for their cases that fall outside the mould of the mainstream mortgage lender, whether that be due to adverse credit, credit score, or a complex income structure”. 

He joined the firm as an underwriter in March 2022.

Hall adds: “Underwriters at Pepper have daily conversations with brokers to ensure we provide valuable insight and help to their customers as best we can.  

“I believe it’s a natural progression to move to our sales team and work closely with brokers earlier on in the process.”
