Serving Sarah

When we first sat down with Sarah and her family at her kitchen table, we understood it was time for Sarah to move closer to her family. We also understood that Sarah would need plenty of extra care and support along the way. So Dan and Shelley quickly created a plan and assembled all of the resources that Sarah would need in order to make her sale and her move happen.

The plan

Professional staging

  • Shelley Lazzareschi and Debbie Lea immediately went to work on Sarah's condo, using the furniture and accessories that Sarah owned. Then Shelley and Debbie brought in plenty of artwork and accessories from their own collections in order to round out their staging plan

Home repairs and updates

  • Grant Priehs addressed a few small repairs, installed several new light fixtures, and swapped out the curtain rods and closet hardware which gave Sarah's condo a fresh new look.

Painting

  • Hellenbrand Painting painted the kitchen with a neutral color and neatly touched up a few areas throughout the condo.

Carpet cleaning and carpet stretching

House cleaning

Window cleaning

  • Fish Window Cleaning cleaned all of the windows to let all of the natural light pour in -- right before pictures were taken.

Digital media

  • Tracy Kapela and Arran Krantz produced the photos, the aerial photos, the floor plan, a condo community guide, and a guide to Sarah's condo, too.

The outcome

Dan Miller orchestrated the entire project so that Sarah was able to list her home, negotiate her offers, and close on her sale before the Labor Day Holiday -- just as Sarah and her family had hoped for. Now Sarah is all moved into her new home and living close to her loved ones, where she's receiving all of the care and support she needs for her new season of life.

Thank you Sarah. We appreciate the opportunity to serve, and we wish you all the best.
