Saffron Building Society has launched a range of 95 per cent loan-to-value deals for first-time buyers for a limited time only.

The lender emailed brokers today to announce the product launch, but it did not say how long the deals would remain available.

The new 95 per cent LTV fixed rates with no product fees are as follows:

• Two-year fixed at 3.07 per cent
• Three-year fixed at 3.17 per cent
• Five-year fixed at 3.27 per cent
• Joint borrower sole proprietor five-year fixed at 3.47 per cent.

The lender says all applications will be individually assessed by an underwriter.
