TSB withdraws two and three-year fixes from resi and BTL range | Mortgage Strategy

TSB has withdrawn two- and three-year fixed products from its residential and buy-to-let (BTL) ranges.

From its residential range, the two-year fixed first-time buyer, house purchase and remortgage £995 fee products have been withdrawn.

The three-year fixed (two-year early repayment charge) first-time buyer, house purchase and remortgage products have also been withdrawn.

Changes to TSB’s BTL range include the withdrawal of its two-year fixed first-time buyer, house purchase and remortgage products with a fee of £995.

The three-year fixed (two-year ERC) first-time buyer, house purchase and remortgage products have also been removed.

The changes come into effect on 27 May.

A TSB spokesperson said: “TSB regularly reviews and updates its product line-up as we respond to changes in the market.”
