Openwork has overhauled its academy and put its modules online to ensure that trainee mortgage, protection and wealth advisers can continue their study remotely.

The Openwork Academy team, led by Lorna Mills, has transformed the format of the training programme to comprise remote workshops, group study sessions and development meetings.

Remote assessments for new potential candidates will be hosted on four dates over the next two months – today, tomorrow, May 20 and June 17. Nearly 80 new candidates have enrolled this year.

Openwork Academy head Lorna Mills says: “Despite the challenges posed by the coronavirus, it is very much business as usual at the Academy.

“We are all in this together, with the Academy team focused on converting our courses to online delivery as well as ensuring that the opportunities remain open for new delegates.”
