Catalyst Property Finance has relaunched its PROC-tober scheme, which lifts broker bridging procuration fees to 2.25% in October.

The move follows last year’s initiative, which allows advisers to claim the higher fee if they submit enquiries to the lender next month.

The lender says the boosted procuration fee will be automatically added to adviser’s heads of terms, after which “the loan must then fund before the winter break, on or before 24 December”.

The firm will also donate to the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Catalyst Property Finance chief executive Chris Fairfax says: “Following the success of last year’s PROC-tober campaign, we’re excited to give bridging brokers another boost this autumn.

“As before, we want to encourage new intermediaries to try the Catalyst experience and, of course, we want to give an extra autumn boost to our existing and valued intermediary partners.”

Fairfax adds: “During PROC-tober there is absolutely no change to Catalyst’s usual competitive pricing or client fees, the enhancement and the charitable contribution is completely funded by Catalyst.

“Last year, our PROC-tober campaign enabled us to make we made a charitable contribution to Hope for Food on behalf of our broker partners. This year we are delighted to support the Motor Neurone Disease Association, a charity suggested and supported by our senior credit analyst, James Parnall.”
