New offset and interest only products are now available from Coventry for intermediaries.

The expanded range includes two and five-year fixed rates for new and existing customers. Rates on existing offset and interest only products have also been reduced.

Highlights include:

• Offset two-year fixed rate of 4.51% at 65% loan-to-value
• Two-year interest only fixed rate of 4.66% at 50% LTV

Both have a £999 fee and are available for purchase and remortgage, with a choice of £350 cashback or remortgage transfer service for remortgage applications.
