The partnership will help brokers find a legal partner to help their clients complete on specialist finance property purchases. 

Impact will provide a referral service for brokers who want to pass the customer over to the company.

Referrals will be accepted for both regulated and non-regulated cases across bridging, specialist lending, buy-to-let (BTL) and commercial.
