Precise Mortgages is withdrawing and relaunching its entire residential mortgage range.

In an email to brokers, Precise said it would pull its residential range on 25 September as it prepared to launch its new platform, Resi 2.0.

The lender will then launch a new residential range on 28 September, including products for first-time buyers, homemovers and remortgagors.

Precise said that its current platform would be accessible for existing applications with fees paid until 5pm on 25 September.

Any AIP still in progress that has not converted and had fees paid by 5pm on 25 September will need to be re-keyed into the new system to proceed.
