Countrywide Surveying Services has appointed Matthew Ison and Andrew Peters to be associate directors of technical services.
Both currently work for CSS, which supplies property risk management, valuations and customer surveys across the UK.
Ison (pictured above) was previously head of operational risk at CSS. He began his career with the company in 2013 when he joined the company’s graduate surveyor scheme.
Peters (pictured below) has over two decades of experience in surveying and estate agency. He joined CSS in 2012 as an associate surveyor, and prior to this appointment was the company’s head of technical services.
As senior members of CSS’s technical services team, both will be responsible for maintaining service standards to customers and corporate clients, and ensuring this is suitably risk controlled at all times, whilst supporting sustainable profit growth.
CSS managing director Matthew Cumber says both have wide experience in the sector and extensive technical knowledge. “Their proven leadership abilities and invaluable contributions continue to be central to the ongoing success of CSS,” he adds.
