Besmir Kurti has been appointed head of intermediary relations for the South of England at First 4 Bridging (F4B).

Kurti is re-joining the broker after spending five months at Bridge Invest as a senior business development manager.

He was previously a business development manager at F4B, prior to which he held similar roles at The Bridge Crowd and Avamore Captial.

In his new role he will support and develop the broker’s relationships with intermediary partners.

“Besmir is someone we know well here at F4B and he has the capabilities to provide the expertise, support and contacts that our introducers and intermediary partners expect in such a fast-paced and demanding marketplace,” says F4B director Donna Wells.

In September, F4B hired an account manager and boosted its underwriting team with the appointments of Drena Gashi and Katie Dawes.

It recently partnered with specialist provider Landbay to give its network members access to the lender’s buy-to-Let proposition, including its new green mortgage range.
