First 4 Bridging has appointed Simon Bancroft as a business development manager.

Bancroft has over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. He has previously spent time working at NatWest, HSBC and Pendulum Media in a variety of roles.

In his new position, Bancroft will be based in the North West.

First 4 Bridging head of sales Steve Swyny says: “The addition of Bancroft to the growing First 4 Bridging team allows us to better assist our existing brokers and introducers in the North West to extend their business models.

“Bancroft will support, encourage and help source appropriate solutions for these brokers and introducers, whilst also being well placed to identify new opportunities for further business growth across the region.”
