Later life platform Advise Wise has added an energy performance certificate scoring system that allows brokers to see products that offer limited-time free green evaluations. 

It adds the upgrade also gives advisers the ability to input energy performance certificate ratings in the property optional underwriting information to see enhanced green products in the search results.  

The firm says the move “enables customers, advisers and lenders to assess the energy efficiency of their existing product portfolio, identify areas for improvement, and work towards achieving higher energy performance certificate ratings”.  

Advise Wise chief executive Jonathan Thirkill adds: “This latest update to our product sourcing platform represents a significant milestone in our ongoing mission to promote sustainability and empower businesses to prioritise eco-friendly practices.”
