Palm Beach Gardens newest residential neighborhood has added more shops and restaurants to its Town Center. Alton’s Town Center is located on Donald Ross Road, east of Interstate 95.  The Town Center is being developed as an entertainment and retail destination within the neighborhood. 

So far businesses are booming at Alton’s Town Center with the new shops and restaurants expected to open in the next few months. Currently, Alton is home to a PetSmart, Publix, Lyrnoa’s, Juniors barber Shop, Panera Bread, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chase Bank, Bolay, LemonShark Poke, Raw Juice Bar , LA Fitness and more. More proposed tenants are expected to open in the coming months. 

Alton Palm Beach Gardens neighborhood will not only feature a Town Center that residents and the public have access too but will also have private access to everything that they new community has to offer. 

When the construction of the neighborhood is finished, there will be about 930 modern and contemporary homes and an additional 300 apartments between Alton and Alton’s Town Center. Eventually the neighborhood will connect Donald Ross Road and Hood Road to the south.
