Foundation Home Loans is now offering products at three LTV brackets and has also cut some of its product rates.

Residential borrowers can choose from 65 per cent LTV (up from 60 per cent LTV), 75 per cent LTV and 80 per cent LTV. Additionally, the maximum loan size at the lowest LTV has been upped from £1.5m to £2m.

The rate cuts concern F1 and F2 products.

Here, the F1 two-year fix has been reduced from 3.59 per cent to 3.39 per cent, the two-year variable from 3.59 per cent to 3.29 per cent and the five-year fix from 3.99 per cent to 3.79 per cent.

Within the F2 range, the two-year fix has been cut from 3.79 per cent to 3.59 per cent, the two-year variable from 3.59 per cent to 3.49 per cent, and the five-year fix from 4.19 per cent to 3.99 per cent.

Foundation director of marketing Jeff Knight says: “These changes and pricing upgrades mean that Foundation has many competitive options for specialist residential borrowers and we would urge advisers to contact their regional account managers to discuss our offering with them.”
