Bank of Ireland hires Powell as national account manager | Mortgage Strategy

Bank of Ireland has appointed Rhys Powell as national account manager for its UK intermediary mortgages business. 

Powell will join the Bank of Ireland in November from Twenty7Tec Group where he currently serves as national account manager. He has worked at Twenty7Tec since October last year. 

He brings more than 12 years of sales experience in financial services to his new role.

Previously, Powell has served in roles at NatWest and TSB Bank, where he started his career. 

Bank of Ireland national sales manager Alan Longhorn comments: “We’re delighted Rhys is joining Bank of Ireland as our new national account manager in home buying and ownership.”

“This appointment further supports our commitment to the intermediary market. We’re all looking forward to welcoming him on board next month.”
