“They’re a deserved winner after being named runners-up in our first bake competition back in 2019.”

Campion adds: “A massive thank you to everyone who has taken the time out of their busy schedules to enter. The time and effort they’ve put in to their bakes has been outstanding. We’ve seen some real culinary creativity.

Connect Mortgages managing director Liz Simms says: “We’re absolutely chuffed to win this prestigious and fantastically fun bake off. Our star baker Tracey Robinson did an amazing job on behalf of the Connect Mortgages’ team, and we all loved our mini Roger.
