Newcastle Building Society has signed a referral partnership with Key Group.

This terms of this deal will see the building society refer customers looking at equity release options to Key Group’s advice brand, The Equity Release Experts.

This is a whole of market advisory service. Newcastle BS says the advice offered though TERE will complement that provided by the building society’s advisers on other later life lending products. 

Key Group business development director Jason Ruse says: “With a wide range of mortgage products suitable to all age groups, the Newcastle BS was keen to work with Key Group so we can support borrowers who might find equity release is the most appropriate product for their needs.”

Newcastle Building Society, customer director Stuart Miller says the deal will enable the mutual organisation to offer a wider range of options to customers.
