Scott has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 20 years and has been a business development manager at Butterfield since 2016.

She has previously held positions as underwriter and mortgage and protection advisor for Nationwide Building Society, Lloyds Banking Group and Metro Bank.

As part of her promotion, Scott will focus on assisting high-net-worth (HNW) clients, growing the lender’s UK loan book and focus on the intermediary network.

Meanwhile, Madar has over 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has spent more than 10 years advising HNW private clients on property investments in UK real estate.

In her new role, she will take on the responsibility for mortgage loan renewals, credit reviews, loan book operations and direct business referrals.
