Bridging lender REIM Capital has appointed Oliver Foskett as chief operating officer and Marcus Dussard as sales director.
Foskett (pictured, right) previously held roles at Willis Towers Watson and Century Capital, most recently serving as chief operating officer at Whitehall Lending.
Dussard (pictured, left) joins from KSEYE, and before that he held senior leadership roles at Hampshire Trust Bank and Castle Trust Bank.
Foskett said: “Building sustainable processes and systems as we grow will be integral to ensuring we deliver exceptional service and support to our brokers and clients. Speed and efficiency will be at the heart of everything we do at REIM, but most importantly we’ll be aiming to provide solutions when any transaction becomes complex, using the vast experience of the team to get the job done.”
Dussard said: “REIM have ambitious but very realistic plans over the coming years and it will be my responsibility to put a team together and establish best practise to hit those targets. As the complexity of the market grows, helping brokers deliver the best results for their clients is always at the forefront of my mind and that won’t change as we aim to deliver certainty and the best outcomes.”
REIM Capital principal Kunal Vaitha said: “We’re very excited to welcome Oliver and Marcus to REIM Capital as the company enters a new phase of growth. Both bring a wealth of experience that will strengthen the team and support our continued development.”
