Redwood Bank has promoted Jane Hand to become its regional development manager across the North East, “bolstering its presence” in the region.
The lender says Hand (pictured) will work across the area, “offering tailored financial solutions” for brokers and customers.
She moves from her role as a relationship manager supporting the bank’s top 50 customers and has almost four decades of banking experience, including as a branch manager and a business development officer.
Redwood Bank head of business development — Midlands, Wales and North East — Andre Parcian says: “Her [Hand’s] deep understanding of our customers, dedication to personal service and her ability to build strong relationships make her ideally suited to lead our presence in the North-East.”
Hand adds: “I want our brokers to feel confident that they can pick up the phone and get things moving.
“My goal is to be that dependable contact they know will get things done.
“This opportunity plays to my strengths. I enjoy working with people, finding solutions and helping brokers navigate complex deals – especially when a bespoke approach is needed.”
