Twenty7tec has cut down on the time advisers spend manually entering client data into different systems by integrating its ADVICE platform and ZeroKey.

The integration links ADVICE with ZeroKey’s browser extension, allowing client data to move between ADVICE and third-party platforms without being re-entered each time.

Twenty7tec says this will help firms reduce administration, improve data accuracy and give advisers more time to spend with clients.

Twenty7tec says firms already using ZeroKey are seeing the benefits.

One advice firm used the technology to pre-populate 167 investment applications over six months, avoiding the need to manually enter more than 50,000 characters of client data.

Based on Defaqto’s reported 4% manual rekeying error rate, the company estimates this prevented around 2,000 potential data entry errors.

According to Twenty7tec, the integration will help firms cut repetitive data entry, improve data accuracy, save advisers time and create smoother workflows.

Last week Finova announced it would launch AI-powered software to let brokers submit applications with one click, with no rekeying.

The tech firm said its soon-to-be-launched AI agent means brokers will not have to re-key customer information multiple times across individual lender portals as part of the mortgage application process.
