The Chef hails from New Orleans and brings with him Cajun and Creole, Mexican, and Asian influences.  Mood also offers a full bar which includes a garden to glass cocktail program using locally sourced botanicals to compliment your dining experience. Everything behind the bar is hand-picked and made in house. 

Bolay offer the freshest of ingredients and serves meat in addition to the vegan options available. Bolay is a Florida based build-your-own bowl restaurant serving globally inspired flavors. Choose from the pre-set menu, which includes one vegan bowl, or build your own choosing the size, the ingredients, and sauce you would enjoy. Filling options includes miso glazed tofu, black rice, roasted potatoes, kale, and other vegetables. Beverages include cold pressed juice, infused tea, and local libations.

Christopher’s Kitchen features a plant-based organic menu with many raw food options and desserts which are sweetened with agave. Everything is vegan except for the honey which is used in some salad dressings and possibly other dishes.  If you have a doubt, just ask! Discover dishes like pesto avocado sprouts sandwich, pizza with nut cheese, spicy nachos, veggie burger, vegan sushi, raw lasagna, and walnut-tuna sandwich. A glass case features the day's dessert options, which can be vegan cinnamon buns, raw cookies, chocolate treats, and/or parfaits.
