Coventry for intermediaries has cut selected residential fixed rates by up to 28bps, with reductions available for new and existing customers.
Two, three and five-year fixed rate products are available, with options from 65% – 95% loan to value.
Highlights include a 5.05% two-year fixed rate to end of November 2026, 65% LTV with a £999 product fee – available for residential remortgage, with an option of £350 cashback or the use of Coventry’s Remortgage Transfer Service
Also a 5.38% two-year fixed rate to end of November 2026, 80% LTV with no product fee and £500 cashback – available for first time buyers
Commenting on the new rates Coventry Building Society head of intermediary relationships Jonathan Stinton said: “We want to support our intermediary partners with competitive rates and standout service to make the process of sourcing and securing a new deal as straightforward as possible. Our latest set of rate reductions gives brokers a broad range of options to help their clients find a product which is right for them.”
