Castle Trust Bank has joined the PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network lending panels.

Member brokers will now be able to access mortgages for holiday lets, HMOs and loans for portfolios and property refurbishment.

Castle Trust also deals in Bridge to Let loans.

All products are available to UK residents and ex-parts, foreign nationals, SPVs and trading companies.
